Meet Agenda is a free, personal tool provided as is. The terms are short because the service is small.
What the service is
Meet Agenda is a Chrome extension that shows agenda items from your Google Calendar during a Google Meet call and lets you add your own items and check them off. It is provided by John Guthed free of charge.
Requirements
To use the extension you need Google Chrome, a Google Account, and to grant the extension read-only access to your calendar yourself. You are responsible for having the right to read the calendar events you connect.
No warranty
The extension is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may miss items, match the wrong meeting or stop working when Google changes Meet or its API. Use it as an aid, not as the record of what was said or decided in a meeting.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, John Guthed is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the extension.
Your data
How the extension handles your data is described in the privacy policy. In short: everything is stored locally in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere other than to Google’s Calendar API.

Meet Agenda is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Meet and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows which version applies. Swedish law applies.
